I can't find the workbook
Workbooks can be found before the first chapter of the course. Please watch the tutorial video (above this FAQ section) for a walkthrough.
I can't find the bonus material
Bonus material can be found after the last chapter of each course. Please watch the tutorial video (above this FAQ section) for a walkthrough.
Can I redo the lessons?
Yes. Using the tutorial video above, you'll learn to easily navigate the course and go through lessons as many times you'd like, in whatever order!
I can't log in to the course
Your enrollments page is the best place to log in to the course. There you'll be able to start/resume courses and see your progress on each course.
How do I reset my password?
On the courses page, you'll see your name in the top menu. Click it and then click "My Account." (On mobile, click the menu icon and you'll see "My Account"). From here, you'll see "Password" - use that link to reset your password.
I'd like to purchase more than one of your courses. Do you offer any bundles/deals?
Yes, I have a bundle containing all three of my courses. It's about half the price vs buying them all separately.
I also have an intermediate bundle for those looking to follow-up after taking the beginner's course.
I have a promotional code - where do I enter it?
The enrollment process has 2 steps.
- Make your account and set your password.
- You'll land on the payment screen. Here you should see "Have A Discount Code?" - click it and enter your code.
The video is choppy/loading slowly
Three students (ever) have mentioned this, but I still think it's worth including here.
The videos are all hosted on Amazon AWS - the same web servers used by Expedia, AirBnB, Coursera, Lyft, the FDA and many other organizations, so I am confident they are operating as expected.
In the past, any issues with video playback have been resolved through one of the following:
- Trying a different web browser (try Chrome or Firefox)
- Trying a different device, or rebooting your device
- Power cycling your internet modem (unplugging for 15 sec, then plugging back in)
After trying those out, if it's still an issue, you can try lowering the stream quality (normally 1080p) to something a bit lower, like 540 or 224 (using the options in the bottom corner of the video).
I can't find your eBook
When you sign up for my newsletter, you should receive an email with a download link. If you do not, please check your spam folder. Let me know if you can't find it, and I'll send you another copy.
